When an employee of a public establishment doesn't believe an animal is a service animal, things can become a little tense. They may not feel that the animal in question (such as a duck) is capable of providing a service, or they may simply not want it in their facility. Keep in mind that no one should be harsh on the person who says the animal is a service animal. When a service animal's rights are violated because of a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the business is going to be held responsible, which could result in an expensive fine. Instead, you should inquire about the animal's status as a service animal and the specific services it offers.

Even if they have doubts about the person's genuineness, they should still allow them and their animal to enter the establishment and file a complaint with the US Department of Justice.

Forcing someone to leave the place with a service animal can only be done when the animal is being disruptive and won't calm down. It can also be done when the animal is endangering other customers. Because these creatures are so well-trained, neither of these possibilities is likely. If someone is allergic or terrified of a certain animal, they can't be made to leave the premises. Finally, it's critical to keep in mind that a service animal differs significantly from a pet. Also, keep in mind that service animals are a necessity, not a restriction on the activities of those who require them (such as going to the movies or dining out). Tolerance and understanding may go a long way in the world of human relations.
